The following is a brief explanation/ help should you have a problem choosing a property to rent from our site. Alternatively simply proceed to our home page and fill in the blanks and select from the drop down menus as you come to them.

Region
Please select from the drop down menu which region in South Eastern Turkey you would like to holiday.

Resort
Please select from the drop down menu which resort in your chosen region you would like to holiday.

Party Size
Please select the number of people travelling in your party. We have a wide variety of properties available to rent and this will help ensure that your list will contain properties that are suitable for your requirements.

Minimum Bedrooms
Please select the minimum number of bedrooms required for your party. We have a wide variety of properties available to rent and this will help ensure that your list will contain properties that are suitable for your requirements.

Arrival Dates
Please click on the calendar and use the arrows to select your chosen month of outbound travel. Once you have selected your chosen month please click on the date you wish to arrive at your Villa/Apartment.

Leaving on
Please click on the calendar and use the arrows to select your chosen month of return travel. Once you have selected your chosen month please click on the date you wish to leave at your Villa/Apartment.

Now press the Search button. A list of properties showing a picture and very basic description that meet your requirement will be compiled and displayed by the computer.

More
If you press the more button a full description of the property will be displayed along with some photographs to show you the property in more detail. To return to the property list please use the Back to Search Results button. This is where you will find out if prperties are suitable for disabled people or babies.

Property Photograph
If you click on the property photograph a full description of the property will be displayed along with some photographs to show you the property in more detail. To return to the property list please use the Back to Search Results button. This is where you will find out if prperties are suitable for disabled people or babies.

Add to Shortlist
This will compile a list of properties that you are interested in having another look at, or, so that you may show specific properties to other members of your party prior to booking an individual property.

Check Availability
This will show a page with all dates that your chosen property is available being highlighted in green . Any dates already booked are marked in Red . On this page you
will need to re enter the arrival and leaving on dates that you entered on the first page. The options below are avalable from this page:

Calculate Prices
If you click on this button the screen will show the cost of the rental for the time period you have chosen.

Add to Basket
Once you have chosen your property, checked the availability for the dates required, calculated the cost for the rental and are sure that this is the property you wish to rent then click Add to Basket . This action will take you to a booking Summary Page.
Check your booking. If you do not wish to hire a car please press the Continue button. You will then be asked if you wish to book an airport transfer.

Car rental
If you wish to rent a car please look at the list and select one. All prices are for the same time period that you have selected to spend at your nominated property. In order to add car to your booked package all you have to do is clickj on the Add to Basket button.
Once you are happy with your car selection please press continue .

Airport Transfer
If you would like to book our airport transfer service please press OK on the pop up box. If you do not require this service please press Cancel .
If you have selected our Airport Transfer Service you will be asked to choose your arrival airport in Turkey from a drop down menu. Then please select the region and resort from the drop down menus. Once you have done this for your flights to Turkey please repeat in the next section down for your flights back to the UK. Once you have done this please press the Calculate button and your costs will be shown on screen. Should you wsh to accept those costs please click the Add to Basket button. You will the move on to the page where you are required to enter yur passenger details.
If you change your mind and decide not to book airport transfers please press the Discard button. Then you will be returned to the Booking Summary page. You should click the Continue button, then the cancel button to move on to enter your passenger details.

Passenger Details
Once you have completed your basket you will be moved on to a page where the lead passenger is required to eneter their details and credit card information in order to book your holiday. If you are travelling less than 14 days from time of booking we will require the amont of your holiday to be paid in full. If you are travelling more tha 14 days after booking then you will be required to pay 25% of the total cost of your holiday (including transfers, car rental etc).

Please continue to follow the instructions online.
You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly regarding you booking.
