 This web site has been designed for use within Turkey. By accessing this web site you are agreeing that the Courts of Turkey will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us, and that Turkish law shall be the applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Express Holiday Rentals disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in this website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption or delay in accessing this web site. |

| Express Holiday Rentals Responsibility |
 - Express will endeavor to provide the holiday in accordance with the booking.
- If however, for reasons beyond our control, Express Holiday Rentals reserves the right to cancel any holiday accommodation. In the event, we will do our best to provide comparable accommodation but if we are not able to do so, a full and immediate refund will be made, and Express Holiday Rentals will be under no further liability. Should Express Holiday Rentals offer a change of accommodation to that of a higher standard, with similar facilities and in the same resort area at no extra cost to you then you cannot cancel your holiday without cancellation fees applying. In the case of Force Majeure causing Express Holiday Rentals to cancel any holiday, such as war, strikes or any natural disasters, Express Holiday Rentals reserves the right to deduct any reasonable expenses from any refund given.
- All ‘accommodation only’ holidays are not governed by the terms & conditions of an Air Travel Organizers License (ATOL), issued by the Civil Aviation Authority nor are they covered by the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tour Regulations 1992. Should you book an accommodation only holiday with us then we are not liable in any way for other aspects of your travel arrangements that you have made.
- Airlines and other suppliers have their own booking conditions or conditions of carriage, and you will be bound by these as far as the relevant transport provider or supplier is concerned.

| Holiday Duration and Check In/Out Times |
| The standard international practice is to let rooms from midday to midday. However times do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check-out times between 11am and 12noon on the day of departure. Therefore, if you check in immediately after a night flight this would normally constitute as one nights accommodation. Similarly, if your return flight is at night you will normally be required to vacate your accommodation at 12noon prior to leaving for the airport. Unless stated otherwise your holiday duration is for seven nights or multiples of seven nights, commencing on a Monday. |

| Reservations and Payments |
| All accommodation, flights and related services advertised in our brochure and on the web site are subject to availability. The prices shown in this brochure are correct at the time of going to press. Express Holiday Rentals reserves the right to change or alter any details without prior notice. | Accommodation |
Prices are based on a specific property on a per week basis. If you are using the accommodation for only part of the week, you will be charged for the full week. Rates do not cover the use of telephone or fax charges, food and drink, personal items and expenses or extra cleaning. Reservations and availability checks can be made by email, fax or phone. On making a booking, a payment of 25% of the total cost of the accommodation (including all extras such as transfers, car rental and excursions) is required. The remainder of holiday payment due can be made in resort to your Welcome Representative, or the full holiday payment can be made on line. |
| Airport Transfers |
If airport transfers from Dalaman Airport are required these should be requested at the time of making a booking and are subject to the following charges:
- £70.00 return to Kemer for up to 4 persons. An extra £5.00 per person thereafter.
- £60.00 return to Fethiye, Çaliş & Ovacik for up to 4 persons. An extra £5.00 per person thereafter.
A 25% deposit will be added onto your holiday and full payment must be received 12 weeks before your departure date. |

| Excursions |
| Excursions can be pre-booked at the time of making your booking. A list of available activities is shown in the brochure and also on our web site. A 25% deposit will be added onto your holiday costs and full payment must be received 12 weeks before your departure date. |

| Payment Method |
Payment can be made by debit card or credit card. On receipt of your deposit confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. |

| Cancellation |
Any cancellation must be notified in writing and is subject to the following conditions:
60 days before departure: Full refund of deposit for the accommodation, transfers and extras.
30-60 days before departure: Refund of 50% of deposit for the accommodation, transfers and extras.
30 days and under before departure: No refund of deposit for the accommodation, transfers and extras. If Express Holiday Rentals cancels your holiday, we will refund your holiday costs in full. |

| Insurance |
 We recommend that all clients traveling with Express Holiday Rentals should have their own travel insurance. Please note that if you choose not to take out insurance we cannot help you with any costs or arrangements in the event of accident or emergency. It is your responsibility to ensure any insurance policy you take out meets with your particular requirements.
Liability Disclaimer
Because of difficulties of relevant law and jurisdiction, Express Holiday Rentals and the owner of this property are obliged to draw to your attention to the fact that they are unable to obtain any form of third party insurance in relation to this let property which is constructed and maintained to Turkish standards. All tenants, their families, guests, and other third parties therefore enter on the premises entirely at their own risk. They should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangements. It is a term of this let property that tenants accept and agree that Express Holiday Rentals and the property owner will not be held liable for any costs, expenses or claims for bodily injury or disease, whether fatal or non fatal, and whether caused by accident or otherwise. |
